When do I receive my products?

‘’Same Day Delivery’’. Orders for these products that are placed on or before 6pm, will be processed and delivered on a 24 hours delivery for Lagos customers only (subject to availability in our Lagos stores). Orders outside Lagos, but will be processed and delivered within 3 – 5 working days of receipt.

What is the policy?

Standard and Express delivery services are available for most of the states that we deliver to.
Your order will be sent out via the most suitable carrier, dependent on size and weight.

How much does delivery cost?

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at the checkout page when both the destination and delivery service are selected.

When will my order be delivered?

Our carriers deliver during normal business working hours and may require a signature on receipt, so we suggest your order is delivered to an address where someone will be available to accept it.

Can I change my delivery address?

Change of delivery address requests, we are able to change the address at any time before the order has been dispatched.

Out of stock?

Items Out Of Stock If an item is out of stock, we will dispatch the in-stock items immediately and send the remaining items once they return to stock.
